Be part of history
The Poseidonion Grand Hotel was built in 1914 by renowned architect Panagiotis Zizilas
and was the vision of Spetses benefactor Sotirios Anargyros. 2014, marks the 100th year
anniversary of this Spetses landmark, which re-opened in 2009 after an extensive five-year
renovation. During its hundred years of existence, the hotel, following the remarkable vision
of Sotirios Anargyros to make the island and the hotel a center of political, cultural, social
activities, has shaped history, contributed to the development of Spetses. Hotel visitors in
2014 will have a chance to be part of history and to share the memories of this centenary
year celebration, as well as participating in the many planned activities and happenings.
Poseidonion Grand Hotel был построен в 1914 году известным архитектором Панай-
отисом Зизиласом по замыслу благотворителя острова Спетсес Сотириоса Анарги-
роса. В 2014 году, открытый вновь в 2009 после 5 летней обширной реконструкции,
отель отмечает свое 100-летие. За время своего векового существования, неустанно
следуя замечательным планам Панайотиса Зизиласа по превращению острова, как и
отеля в центр политической, культурной и общественной жизни, Poseidonion Grand
Hotel внес свой вклад в развитие острова Спетсес. Гости отеля в 2014 году получат
