Obligations & Requirements for Contracting Manager position
Obligations:
  • Preparation of contracts and additional agreements (drafts to be approved by law department) with Greek and foreign partners
  • Preparation of internal forms for contracts and payments
  • Approval of contracts and payments with management and adjacent departments of the Company
  • Preparation of deeds, invoices and other documents according to the contractual terms and conditions
  • Preparation of general reports in regards to planned or realized payments
  • Implementation of current administrative tasks related to creation and maintenance of legal and financial documentation archives in regards to contracts
  • Business correspondence with partners
  • Preparation of general reports on completed contracts by the end of the year
Requirements:
  • Higher education in the sphere of tourism
  • Advanced user of MS Office, Adobe Acrobat and Power Point
  • Experience in preparation and arranging contracts with Greek and foreign companies
  • Responsibility, Accuracy, Strong communication skills, good knowledge of Russian, English and Greek languages (documentarily approved)
  • At least 5 years of experience preferably in tourism and hotel spheres
  • Ability to frequent business trips
  • Driving license
