The elegant, seaside four-star Maya Beach Hotel is located in the family resort of Gouves. About 17 km from Heraklion Airport, and 800 meters from the center of Gouves. Many taverns, cafes, convenience stores, tourist shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The hotel is located just 5 meters from the rocky shore, but the sandy beach is about 100 meters from the hotel. Thanks to its convenient location, the hotel can be a great base for exploring the history and culture of Crete.
In 2018, all hotel rooms, as well as restaurants and all public areas of the hotel, were completely renovated. The hotel is surrounded by a well-kept green garden and has a magnificent view of the sea. The rooms are comfortable with a simple and elegant design, equipped with all modern amenities. All rooms have a private balcony or terrace. The hotel has two outdoor pools (1 for adults and 1 for children), a terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas, a snack bar and a restaurant. For children there is a children's playground and various entertaining and educational activities. At a later stage, a small water park for children and adults will open.
