Erofili Villa Rethymno is a beautiful newly built stone house with all modern facilities. It is situated in the village Asteri, only 14km east of Rethymno and in a distance of 2,5 km from the sandy beach .

The villa has 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms suitable for 8 people and each of them provide an iron/ironing board, hair dryer, safe, parking space and is surrounded with plenty olive groves, which give a special impression of quietness for each visitor.
The entrance leads to the spacious open plan living/dining area with fireplace, satellite TV and comfortable sitting area. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine etc and has also a balcony. Also on this floor is one bedroom with twin beds and a shower/WC.
The main bedroom is on upper floor and it has a double bed and en-suite bathroom/WC with a hydro-massage bathtub; the other two have twin beds. Another spacious bathroom with a washing machine and a bathtub is on this floor.
