Payments Over €500:
According to the legislation (Law 3842/2010, paragraph 3 of Article 20), partial or full settlement of invoices exceeding €500 in cash is prohibited. All payments exceeding this amount must be made by credit or debit card or via bank transfer.
Climate Crisis Resilience Fee:
In compliance with legal regulations, a Climate Crisis Resilience Fee of €15.00 per room, per night is applied from April 1st to October 31st. The fee is settled directly by the guest at check-out. From November 1st to March 31st, the fee is adjusted to €4.00 fee per room, per night.
Smoking Policy:
The hotel complies with the anti-smoking law by operating as a non-smoking establishment/facility.
Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. In the event that a guest smokes in the non-smoking room, a fine of 100€ will be added to their bill at check-out to cover the cost of restoring the room.
